Founded in 2003, Focused on Quality
UPCERA has specialized in precision ceramic components for 23 years. Leveraging the advanced ceramic powder technology of its parent company, Sinocera, UPCERA has established full-process control covering powder forming, sintering, precision machining, and quality assurance. The company currently produces and sells more than 100 million ceramic sleeves and ferrules for fiber-optic communications each month, with a global market share of over 40%. These products are widely used in high-speed optical modules, fiber-optic transmission systems, and related applications.
Diversified Expansion, Precision Manufacturing
Since 2017, we have expanded into multiple application fields and actively developed custom-shaped ceramic components made from zirconia, alumina, single-crystal alumina gemstones, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, and other advanced ceramic materials. Drawing on the lean manufacturing expertise accumulated through the large-scale production of ceramic sleeves and ferrules, we provide customers with integrated customization services covering product design, material selection, and manufacturing. Our precision ceramic components are widely used in medical technology, aerospace, liquid-cooling systems for AI servers, semiconductors, consumer electronics, chemical processing, environmental protection, and other industries.

In May 2018, UPCERA became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinocera (stock code: 300285), establishing a full industry chain layout from powder, blanks to precision processing and sales services. This further strengthened the company’s core competitiveness.

In 2021, UPCERA Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. began operating as an independent business, further strengthening its focus on precision structural ceramics. Its products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, supporting the development of the global advanced manufacturing industry. UPCERA also plays a vital role in advancing the domestic substitution of imported precision ceramic materials and components in China.
